What we collect
- Order email + payment details, only at the moment of purchase. Card details never touch our servers - they go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We retain enough to fulfill, support, and refund your order.
- Email content for license delivery, sent through Resend. Resend processes your email address solely to deliver the message.
- Standard server logs at the network edge (IP + request line + timestamp + user-agent), kept for short windows for abuse / incident response. We don't pair these with order data.
What we don't collect
- No usage tracking inside our products. Once a binary is on your machine it doesn't report back. We don't know when, how often, or where you run it.
- No accounts. One purchase, one email, one license key. Nothing to log into.
- No customer database. Order history lives in Stripe; we look it up on demand. Nothing to dump from us.
- No cross-site tracking pixels, ad networks, or analytics SDKs on cyberfrogsystems.com.
Sub-processors we use
- Stripe - payment processing. Stripe is the merchant of record and stores order + card details under their own privacy policy.
- Resend - transactional email delivery for license keys + download links.
- DigitalOcean - hosting infrastructure (servers + DNS).
Your rights
There's nothing for us to give you, correct, or delete - because we don't keep any of it. Your license email is the entire record of your purchase as far as our infrastructure is concerned.
For data held by our sub-processors, go to them directly:
- Stripe holds your order record (name, email, billing address, payment method). Access, correction, and deletion requests go through Stripe's privacy controls. They retain transaction records as required by US tax law.
- Resend holds the license email's contents briefly under their retention policy and ages it out automatically.
- Server access logs at our edge (IP + URL + timestamp) are short-retention. Email contact@cyberfrogsystems.com if you want them purged for your IP earlier.
