The license
- Perpetual. A purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the version of the product you bought. The license does not expire.
- Personal scope. One license is for a single individual or a single organization seat. Site licenses, redistribution, OEM bundling, and reselling are separate arrangements - email us.
- Updates to the same major version are included while we publish them. New major versions may be a separate purchase.
- No reverse engineering, redistribution, or sublicensing of the binaries except as permitted by applicable law.
What we promise
- Software delivered as described on its product page at the time of purchase.
- License keys are honored. If a key issued to you stops verifying due to our error, we'll fix it. Keys verify offline against a public key embedded in the product, so a bug here is fully ours to debug.
- Reasonable response on bug reports. Email us with the product name, version, OS, and reproduction steps; we'll prioritize against the product roadmap.
What we don't promise
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyberfrog Systems LLC is not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the software, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the license.
We may change these terms going forward. Existing license holders are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts of Washtenaw County, Michigan.
