Refund Policy

Software sales here are final once the license email is delivered. If you're unhappy with what you bought, email us anyway and we'll figure it out.

Why "all sales final"

License keys we issue are cryptographically signed and verify offline against a public key built into the product. There's no server check; once a key is in your inbox it works on your machine, regardless of what we do on our end. That's the same property that makes the product survive us going dark - and it means we don't have a "revoke" button to flip when a refund processes. Sales being final is the honest reflection of that, not legalese.

If something's wrong, email us

Sales being final by default doesn't mean we ignore real problems. Email contact@cyberfrogsystems.com from your purchase email and tell us what happened. We read these.

  • The product crashes or won't run on your setup. We'll either help you get it working or refund the purchase.
  • It doesn't do what the product page promised. Refund.
  • You bought the wrong thing. Reach out and explain. We try to be reasonable.
  • Genuine buyer's remorse. Not a guarantee, but write us anyway. A short honest note goes further than a template.

Before you open a Stripe dispute

Email us first. Stripe chargebacks cost both sides a fee, lock the funds for 60+ days, and usually surface a problem we'd have just resolved if asked. We've never refused a request from someone who genuinely tried to use the product, hit a wall, and explained the situation - the chargeback path is your right, it just shouldn't be the first move.
